Regional People Partner (EMEA)

Location: Paris (Hybrid)

Contract: 8-month FTC (7 months + possible 1-month extension)

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global organisation seeking an experienced Regional People Partner to support HR operations across France, Belgium, and Spain. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a high-performing HR team and play a key role in shaping people strategies across multiple countries.

As a trusted HR advisor, you'll lead regional initiatives, support employee relations, coach managers, and drive engagement and cultural programs. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including payroll, mobility, benefits, and HR operations to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

·         5+ years of HR experience in a regional or generalist role

·         Strong knowledge of French labor law; familiarity with Belgian and Spanish regulations is a plus

·         Proven experience working with works councils and social relations in France

·         Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a bonus)

·         A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
