Reporting directly to the CFO, you will handle day-to-day administrative and legal matters for Novaquark and its subsidiaries.
Your role will include managing routine contracts, corporate matters and various administrative procedures involving banks, public authorities, external counsel and other partners.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of day-to-day administrative and legal matters for Novaquark and its subsidiaries, from initial analysis through to resolution.
Draft, review, negotiate and follow up on routine contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, service agreements and other non-strategic commercial agreements.
Handle the Group’s administrative and corporate matters, including banking and KYC matters, corporate records and documentation, changes of directors or authorised signatories, filings and procedures with public authorities and other organisations.
Research and understand the applicable procedures for new or complex matters, identify the information and documentation required, and coordinate with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure proper administrative and legal follow-up of ongoing matters, including deadlines, signatures and pending actions, and maintain a clear, structured and accessible digital filing and archiving system for legal and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with external advisers (lawyers, notaries, corporate service providers, etc.) when required, prepare the necessary information and documentation, and follow up on their actions.
Provide first-level legal support to internal teams and identify matters requiring validation or escalation to the CFO or external counsel.
Team composition :
You will report directly to the CFO and work as part of the Finance & Administration team.
You will work closely with Finance, HR and Management teams, as well as with the Group’s external stakeholders, including lawyers, banks, accountants, public authorities and corporate service providers.
We are looking for an autonomous, rigorous and resourceful person who enjoys understanding and solving a wide range of issues, brings a strong legal mindset, and is willing to dig into the details to move matters forward. Experience or knowledge in intellectual property would be particularly appreciated given Novaquark’s business.

Mandatory
Master’s degree in Law, ideally in Business Law, Contract Law, Digital Law or a related field.
A first significant professional experience, ideally 2+ years, in an in-house legal role or a position combining legal and administrative responsibilities.
Good foundations in business and contract law, with the ability to independently draft, review and analyse routine contracts.
Ability to research and understand legal or administrative procedures, identify the required steps and determine the necessary documentation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in document management, deadlines and administrative formalities.
Professional-level written and spoken English, in an international environment.
Nice to have
Knowledge or experience in Intellectual Property law, particularly copyright and trademarks.
Experience in a tech, digital or video game company.
Exposure to corporate and/or international matters, particularly involving subsidiaries.
Experience coordinating with external counsel, banks, public authorities, notaries or corporate service providers.
