Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives specializing in High-End Coffee Machines, with the chance to work in Greece. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about providing outstanding support and expertise in premium coffee machine products. As a representative, you will assist customers in French, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information to ensure a superior customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines, including product features, usage, maintenance, and warranty issues via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and guide customers through technical support procedures.
  • Process orders, returns, and service requests efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to enhance customer support and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on the latest coffee machine models and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the appliance or premium product sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to explain product features and troubleshooting steps clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge of coffee machines is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
