Job Description

Responsabilités principales:  

• Management / Gestion d'équipe : vous serez en charge de planifier et d'organiser l'équipe régionale pour répondre aux engagements de service et de mise en service de la plus haute qualité. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes RH pour fixer les objectifs et développer les compétences de votre équipe.
   
• Gestion des contrats de maintenance : vous serez en charge repsect opérationnel des contrats de maintenance, en assurant le suivi des clauses contractuelles et des coûts.
   
• Satisfaction client : vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale pour assurer la satisfaction du client et gérer les relations clients en cas de crise.
   
• Support technique / Mises en service : vous assurerez interventions sur site curatives et préventives pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des installations., et des mises en service/paramétrages de nouvelles installations, 10 à 20% du temps
   

Profil recherché:  

• Formation technique Bac+2/3 minimum
• Expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans en management d'équipe terrain dans un environnement client exigeant
• Bonnes compétences en maintenance
• Expérience réussie dans l'industrie, la robotique, medical ou autre domaine qui vous a permis de développer des connaissances techniques pluridisciplinaires
• Orienté(e) résultats mais disponible et flexible
• Flexible pour vous déplacer régulièrement dans votre zone (30% du temps au moins) et pour des réunions ou des formations à l’étranger
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques de type CRM et la maitrise opérationnelle de l'anglais sont requis sur ce poste.
   

Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste: €50 000 - €55 0000
