JOB PURPOSE
On the basis of the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the human resources manager will HR strategy within its scope.
He/she is in charge of personnel administration for his/her area.
He/she is in charge of recruitment for his/her area.
He/she assists and is a privileged contact for internal stakeholders.
Job Description
SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
HR management
- Implement HR strategy in collaboration with line management
- Define and prioritize actions and projects (time management, training, recruitment, etc.)
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the budget for its scope (monitoring of headcount, etc.)
- Manage compensation campaigns (variable portion, increases, etc.) based on HR strategy
- Manage and monitor business performance indicators (attrition rates, hiring, litigation, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of its scope (procedures, business tools, etc.)
- Maintain a competitive and market watch (business tools, compensation, etc.)
Individual relations
- Support and act as a privileged contact for internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a calm labor relations climate to control legal risks (disputes, strikes, etc.)
- Manage disciplinary procedures within its scope, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Participate in litigation management (argumentation, etc.) in collaboration with line management
Labor relations
- Maintain and coordinate relations with employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, trade unions, etc.), in collaboration with human resources teams
- Organize committees and commissions within its scope (invitations, meetings, etc.)
- Contribute to the implementation and ensure the legal follow-up of concluded agreements
- Participate in the organization of elections to employee representative bodies, where appropriate
Recruitment
- Implement the recruitment plan
- Ensure and/or supervise the completion of all stages of the recruitment process
- Support and advise business line managers on recruitment issues (profile definition, organization, etc.)
Personnel administration
- Oversee the monitoring and administration of personnel within its scope (contracts, amendments, trial period, etc.)
Training
- Analyze training needs and help arbitrate training requests, in collaboration with business managers and human resources teams
Career management
- Ensure and monitor career management (talent reviews, annual performance appraisals, etc.)
- Supporting and promoting mobility (needs assessment, framework, opportunities, etc.)
- Contribute to developing diversity (gender equality, disability, etc.)

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
Diploma(s) and/or experience(s)
5 years' higher education in human resources and/or significant experience preferred
