How will you contribute to Prophero?

Your mission will be to work within the Revenue team, working alongside marketing, sales and operations teams. Your main tasks will include performing data cleansing and curation, documenting processes, and building and maintaining dashboards. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain what is happening in our pipelines to our managers and pinpoint what can be improved.

Your success in this mission will be stellar if you:

• Identify critical issues impacting operations and strategy including productivity insights, lead-to-sales analysis, revenue analysis, and segment/account trends.


• Maintain good data hygiene.


• Support Marketing and Sales on pipeline and forecasting.


• Facilitate sharing of reports and data with Sales, Marketing, and other departments.


• Evaluate processes, programs, and systems to increase revenue, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction.


• Oversee administration of our CRM (HubSpot) and help drive adoption of our tools.


• Provide business leaders with reliable data reporting systems.


• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

What will make you succeed with us? 

• 1-3 years of experience working in an operations/analytics role.


• Around 2 years experience using HubSpot (experience in similar CRMs are also valuable)


• Ability to map business processes, flows, and data models: configure workflows, fields, and objects and take requirements for other team members to execute


• Strong project management, organization, and critical thinking skills


• Intermediate to Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Airtable experience is an asset.


• Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills


• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau is an asset.


• Adaptable and can work on multiple projects at once while collaborating with different departments.


• Detail-oriented to ensure that all information in our inventory is up-to-date including but not limited to purchase orders and billing statements.


• Tools expertise: Microsoft Excel/Inventory Management Software/Barcoding machinery. 


• High-performing profile. Results oriented. We want you to own the finance process and become the point of contact for efficiency in this field, working on your own to ensure delivery..


• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate internally and externally, with our vendor counterparts.
