Job Title: Manager â Risk & Compliance

Location: Abidjan

Job Description:

Lead risk management and regulatory compliance across AfDB operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop risk frameworks and policies

Conduct compliance monitoring & control testing

Ensure adherence to regulatory standards

Support governance and reporting

Requirements

Requirements:

8â15+ years in risk/compliance (banking or DFI)

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks

Experience with ESG/regulatory change is a plus

Lead investment analysis and financial modelling (DCF, IRR, valuation)

Structure debt/equity transactions (PPP, project finance)

Conduct due diligence and risk assessment

Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring

Engage with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
