Our operating division “Connected Home” is one of the leaders on wide range of solutions to Pay -TV operators and network service providers for the delivery of digital entertainment, data, voice, and smart home services though the design and supply of products such as set-top boxes, gateways and managed wireless tablets.

For this business division, we are looking for a “SAP FI/CO Project Manager ”. This position is located in Paris, France.

ROLE

In a global and international context including several on going transformation programs, the SAP FI/CO Project Manager will manage and support multiple sites across the globe.

The candidate will have strong experience in Requirements gathering, Business Blueprinting, testing and implementation support.

The candidate will participate to the business process harmonization/enhancement initiatives, support all Business Process Reengineering and continuous process improvement sessions while also ensuring compliance with internal control practices.

The candidate will be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment often in an autonomous capacity.

This candidate will be involved in all phases of SAP projects requirements gathering, solution design/testing and interfacing with the Finance user community, in addition to leading the team. Initially the candidate will have to gain understanding of the existing system architecture and landscape, its functionalities.

A strong knowledge of SAP ECC6 and SAP HANA along with Business Process Modelling are necessary to propose, maintain and develop best practices within a large and multi-cultural organization.

The candidate should have a strong ability to work in a multicultural environment and a good English command is required.

The candidate should play a role of key contributor to the solution improvement proposals.

Key Modules: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, Banking, CO-CCA, CO-OPA, CO-PA, CO-PC

Proficient writing and speaking in the English & French languages are required

The candidate will be based in Paris, France.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SAP FI/CO Project Manager will :

• Understand and coordinate the FI/CO domain


• Liaise with business counterparts to gather requirements and drive project deliveries


• Manage the SAP Finance project implementation


• Write functional characteristics for documentation


• Organize and coordinate workshops with business and IT teams


• Be in charge of technical specification in order to define business requirements (DCR)


• Support technical and user tests


• Communicate with her/his IT peers and management


• Liaise with offshore delivery center (ABAP, Configuration, Delivery Tracking…)


• Support user trainings


• Manage/Document JIRA tickets for solution delivery and improvements


• Promote best practices and industry standards

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelors degree required.


• The candidate will have a Finance background. 5+ years of FI/CO experience with at least one full cycle implementation/upgrade projects


• The candidate should have solid SAP experience in a multicultural project environment in finance & controlling (FI/CO) with an exposure to logistic integration. In addition, the candidate must be resourceful and have multi-project management skills.


• The candidate should have experience on FI integration with SD, MM, PP


• Proven experience of managing a team, working on and supporting SAP solutions for Finance & Controlling requirements, including working with offshore development team.


• Client oriented, the candidate must have a cross functional view, strong communication skills and project coordination capability.


• This role requires solid interpersonal, communication skills.


• The candidate will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the large diversity of business communities and capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Excellent organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication


• Scope is worldwide - multiple sites in different countries will be supported.
