THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Secteur Public (H/F)

Location: France (Hybrid with travel as required)

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing Public Sector team in France. In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex new business opportunities and expanding Iron Mountain's presence across the French Public Sector landscape. You will engage with high-level government stakeholders, build influential partnerships, and position Iron Mountain as a trusted advisor in digital transformation, information governance, and innovative data management solutions.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of public sector procurement, government engagement, and strategic enterprise sales, combined with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships in Public Sector environments and long sales cycles.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Account Growth: Lead business development initiatives focused on French Public Sector organizations and government entities.
• End-to-End Sales Execution: Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle from strategic prospecting to contract award and partnership development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior government decision-makers.
• Public Tender Leadership: Drive complex negotiated procedures and RFP responses in alignment with procurement frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, solution engineering, and bid management teams to deliver high-value proposals.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience in enterprise solution sales within SaaS, Digital Transformation, or Information Management.
• Strong knowledge of French Public Sector procurement processes and strategic government engagement.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, build enterprise pipelines, and meet ambitious revenue targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both French and English.
