Senior International Growth project manager

As a Growth Project Manager, digital specialist, you are the driving force for each of our clients. Leading your internal commando team, your mission is to build and rapidly deploy a digital marketing strategy tailored to Spaag clients’ needs to meet (and exceed) their traffic, conversion, and retention goals. Our aim is to skyrocket our clients’ online growth, and we pour our hearts and energy into making it happen!

In a flexible, international, challenging, and demanding environment, you will need to be efficient, resourceful, and organized to:

• Build and deploy clients’ online marketing strategies (SEO/GEO, SEA, SMA, Email marketing or AI Implementation) to achieve all their objectives.

• Create media plans, set budgets, and organize project timelines with reverse schedules.

• Set up all tracking systems, Data Studio reports, and necessary tools to accurately measure the impact of your actions.

• Operationally support the launch campaigns across various channels alongside analysts, adhering to a test-and-learn approach focused on client ROI by your team.

• Closely monitor and manage account performance with your team, proposing concrete short- and medium-term tactics and strategic initiatives to meet and exceed targets.

• Brief project stakeholders: the internal content creation studio, analysts for campaign setup and recommendations, and external contractors when necessary, while meeting strict deadlines.

• Analyze, test, learn, iterate, learn again, and re-analyze to drive continuous improvement.

• Set up relevant reporting tools, analyze data, and present results to clients in line with high-end management consulting standards.

• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentation meetings with clients.

• Manage and nurture client relationships. Our clients are our partners, and we operate virtually as an extension of their team.

• Support the business partners with audits and pre-sales strategic proposals within your areas of expertise.

Requirements:

• You have at least 7 years of experience in digital marketing.

• You are an expert in at least two of the following channels: SEO/GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Inbound Marketing, or AI Automation/Data analysis, with a solid working knowledge of them all.

• You have held strategic responsibilities in a B2B or B2C mid cap companies, worked in a consulting firm or worked in a digital/growth agency.

• You are a digital growth powerhouse who thinks outside the box.

• You are ambitious and constantly striving to push boundaries and go the extra mile.

• You are efficient, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• You are sharp, fast-paced, and quick to grasp new concepts.

• You are naturally curious, interested in everything, and eager to learn.

• You are an excellent communicator capable of building long-term professional relationships.

• You demonstrate diplomacy, strong pedagogical skills, and charisma.

• You thrive in a team environment while remaining autonomous and accountable.

• You are fluent in French and English (mandatory) and able to manage clients and campaigns in both languages.

• Fluency in another langage is a plus, but not required.
