Description:

Collaborates with business leaders; assesses information needs; gathers/defines business requirements and establishes priorities.

Works closely with Program Manager, Architects, System Analyst Test Team and business users; helps guide the business with change requests and systems enhancements; Ensures business requirements are met by the system design; manages user expectations and requirements scope.

Performs evaluations in order to select and recommend platforms.

Defines, establishes and executes strategies; reviews functional and technical specifications.

Assists with the development of user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts.

Establishes change control processes, test plans and coordinates quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

Assists with the development, testing, acceptance testing and implementation process and facilitates bug resolution.
