Senior Producer

Social Studio is looking for a Freelance Senior Producer to join our Paris team and support the delivery of international brand experiences and private celebrations.

Working closely with our creative, production and design teams, you will oversee projects from initial brief through to final execution. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, client communication and on-site delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Our work spans luxury brands, hospitality groups and private clients from around the world. We are therefore looking for someone comfortable working in international environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and operational excellence. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems and creating structure within fast-moving projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from brief to delivery

• Build and manage budgets

• Develop project timelines and workback schedules

• Manage suppliers and production partners

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders

• Lead client communication

• Oversee logistics and event operations

• Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and CRM systems

• Attend site visits, installations and event days

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, hospitality or a related field

• Experience within an agency, creative studio, luxury hospitality group or event company is preferred

• Strong organisational and project management skills

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent English is mandatory

• Additional languages are a strong plus

• International experience is highly valued

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace and project management platforms

• Knowledge of InDesign is a plus but not required

• Interest in design, hospitality, travel and guest experience

• Ability to remain flexible and solution-oriented in dynamic environments
