About SYNAPSUN

Founded in 2017, SYNAPSUN is an innovative French company specialized in the sourcing, engineering, and trading of photovoltaic solar modules for the B2B market.

We support project developers, EPC companies, and solar construction stakeholders by simplifying and securing their PV module supply chain through quality sourcing, regulatory compliance, logistics, contracting, and after -sales support.

Profitable since day one, founder -owned, and generating over €25 million in annual revenue, SYNAPSUN is now accelerating its European expansion.

As part of our launch in Italy, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to develop and strengthen our commercial presence in the Italian photovoltaic market.

Your Role

As a key local representative of SYNAPSUN, you will actively contribute to the development of our Italian market alongside our future V.I.E. based in Milan and our headquarters team in Lyon.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing SYNAPSUN’s commercial activity in Italy
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers: EPCs, developers, installers, investors, industrial clients
  • Building a strong local network within the Italian solar industry
  • Detecting new PV project opportunities and leading commercial negotiations
  • Representing SYNAPSUN at industry events and trade fairs
  • Advising customers on technical solutions and module sourcing
  • Reporting regularly to management
  • Supporting the progressive structuring of SYNAPSUN’s local presence in Italy

Requirements

Profile

  • Significant experience within the Italian photovoltaic industry
  • Proven B2B sales and business development experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian solar market and key stakeholders
  • Native or bilingual Italian required
  • Professional English mandatory
  • French is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong autonomy
  • Comfortable working in a fast -growing and agile environment

    Compensation & Benefits


    • Competitive fixed compensation depending on experience and collaboration model

    • Indicative range: €45k–60k gross annual salary + performance -based bonus

    • For freelance profiles : Daily rate: €350–600/day depending on seniority and experience + Part -time collaboration possible at the beginning (typically 2–3 days/week)

    • Attractive variable compensation linked to the development of the Italian market

    • Full reimbursement of business expenses
