We are looking for:
A Self-motivated Supply Chain leader. Independent in defining priorities, effective in managing resources, in alignment with business strategies and objectives.
Passionate about her/his own team, keeping the working environment lively and dynamic. Agile in working in a diverse environment and able to influence stakeholders, even outside the own domain
Interact with peers within the EMEA GBU Supply Chain, to meet common target and exchange best practices
We count on you for:
Guaranteeing a Safety mindset for the team
Ensuring an adequate raw material and packaging stock level, in order to meet DOS targets
Observing, defining and deploying strategy, policies and standards
Organizing, coordinating and/or directly managing supply chain activities, to contribute to the GBU OTIF (OnTimeInFull) target.
Ensuring compliance (COBI, inventory counting guidelines..) and administrate supply chain processes with a continuous improvement mindset, properly integrating sub-processes
Managing and coordinating with internal (manufacturing, HSE, labs…) and external (vendors, tollers, suppliers...) partners. Liaising with overseas SC managers in plants/sites to ensure mutual supplies and fleet provisioning
Manage own organization/team, responsibly developing talent and coaching them to performance and success.

You will bring:
Ability and experience in managing Supply Chain activities (Site Logistics, RM and Pack provisioning, supply planning).
Meaningful experience in multinational chemical companies and familiarity with working in a diverse environment
Excellent analytical skills, in order to act proactively in addressing current and foreseen challenges
Advanced leadership and People Management
Stakeholders influencing, even outside the own domain

Master degree in Business, Economics, SC Management, Engineering, or related field.
You will get:
The France base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is 79 000€ to 94 000€per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
