Traffic Manager SEA/Social Ads

How you’ll be impactful:
We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on Traffic Manager to elevate our German acquisition strategy across paid search and paid social.

Please note: This role will require being in our Paris office at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Campaign Management




• Build, optimize, and scale SEA & Social Ads campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business, retargeting, lead generation, etc.)




• Performance & Analytics




• Analyze daily performance, identify growth opportunities, and create impactful reports using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Excel.


• Make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.




• Creative & Content Collaboration




• Work closely with design teams to create high-performing assets: banners, videos, landing pages, and German ad copy. Create high-performing video ads and banners directly in Canva, and manage UGC production with micro-influencers (briefing, coordination, validation).




• Strategy & Growth




• Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies for Questico.de and Viversum.de.


• Monitor budgets, forecast performance, and ensure alignment with business KPIs.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Native German speaker, fluent in English, and comfortable speaking French to collaborate daily with the Paris teams.


• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEA and Social Ads.


• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data and performance metrics.


• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Excel.


• Ability to work fast, take ownership, and thrive in a dynamic international environment.


• Strong communicator with a dynamic, sales-oriented mindset and a real passion for growth marketing and business development.
