VP Business Line Food Preparation

The VP for the Business Line Food Preparation is responsible and accountable for the full P&L and expansion strategy of the Food Preparation products and services business worldwide. She/he will manage the business end to end with a 360° approach, from product development to go to market: Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care. 

The role reports to the President of Beverage & Food Preparation and will be part of the leadership team of the Business Area, thus expecting to contribute significantly the identity, strategy and success of the overall division.

The first responsibilities of the VP are to have the right organizational in place and the right conditions for the Business Line to achieve its challenges and targets for the dedicated products line. In particular, she/he has the task to implement a winning specialist approach and capabilities within the entire Business Line organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Define, build, elaborate the strategic plan to reach the Business Line objectives
• Deliver the integrated P&L budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, by addressing incremental revenue opportunities, increasing market share and managing costs adequately. 
• Build and direct a team of specialist professionals, across all functions, from R&D to Sales and Marketing to Customer Care.
• Responsible for developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships with customers complemented with superior customer service.
• Drive the global market expansion opening new channels and developing the partnership with the existing ones.
• Responsible for developing and delivering world class products and services through profitable renewal, conversion and new sale development.
• Develop talent diversity and strengthen the succession pipeline of specialists in the business unit.
• Will lead opportunities of digitalization of the company, amplifying impact for the business unit.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

• Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
• 15 years’ or more experience in management in an international business setting
• Significant experience leading an integrated P&L for an integrated business.
• International exposure on a global business preferred.
• Strong culture of inclusion and diversity
• Fluent in English. French is an advantage.
