Formation :

Vous préparez un BTS SIO ou équivalent.

Compétences :

• Bonne maîtrise de l’environnement Windows

• Aisance avec les outils du pack Office

• Connaissances de base en réseaux et systèmes seraient un plus

• Permis B obligatoire pour ce poste

• Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse

• Bon niveau rédactionnel

• Bonne élocution

• Sens et respect du service client

• Capacité d’écoute et d’adaptation

• Savoir travailler en équipe
