YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Lead Buyer IT software, you will mainly participate in IT procurement projects related to software (with an annual expenditure of $120M) on a global scope. You may also participate in projects in other areas such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and IT services.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

• Support in drafting specifications, sourcing, calls for tenders, financial and contractual negotiations, analysis of results, selection of suppliers, and contractual deployment with the internal stakeholder


• Identification of the need with stakeholders


• Data collection / audit of situation


• Identification of rationalisation opportunities


• Tools and systems updates


• Cleaning of the supplier and contractual database

ABOUT YOU

• Master's degree in Procurement (desirable in logistics)


• Procurement experience within international environment is desirable


• Office Analysis, Procurement knowledge is essential


• English (minimum B2), open minded, reliable, determination, empathy and communication
