Mission
We are looking for an HR Analytics Apprentice to join the C-Power Business Group HR team of OPmobility, based in our HQ, Levallois-Perret as of September 2026. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, while contributing to projects that enhance employee experience and contribute to the overall success of the C-Power Business Group of Opmobility. As an HR Analytics Apprentice will play a crucial role in supporting the BG Human Resources team by leveraging data to drive informed decisions and improve HR processes. The role will include gathering, analyzing, and reporting on HR and people-related data and contributing to our mission of optimizing workforce management through analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• HRIS Administration and Management: Ensure data accuracy and maintenance within HRIS systems, leading efforts to achieve maximum data quality for effective people analytics and robust business support.
• Quality Reporting and HR Dashboard Development: Guarantee the quality of periodical reporting and scorecards for the Division and the Group, adapting them to meet HR and business needs.
• Division HR Network Facilitation: Collaborate with Group HRIS team to ensure proper implementation of HRIS processes, understanding, and quality outputs through training and regular follow-up.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR metrics to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBi)
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex data
