Job Description
The Creative Operations Assistant will assist and report to the Creative Operation team of Frédéric Malle and Kilian Paris brands in driving the full lifecycle of creative programs: from conception to deliveries of all creative assets.
Traffic Creation - 30%
- Follow and update creative’s agendas.
- Register all new creative requests in the different tools & apps.
- Organize and set-up outlook meetings according to timeline approved by creative op team to maintain creative workflow and validation steps.
- Follow-up with freelancers on their bookings/estimate/purchase orders.
- Gather and share all brief materials with creatives.
Pre-Production & shooting - 20%
- Coordination of product availabilities and preparation of products to be shot
- Organized, planed and follow-up of all deliveries of products on set for photo-shootings.
- Assistance on photo-shooting.
Packshot coordination - 20%
- Establish and send the brief to the packshot studio.
- Follow-up of the planning and deliveries with the packshot studio.
- Coordination of product availabilities and preparation of products to be shot.
- Reporting to internal teams.
Asset Management - 30%
- In charge of gathering all final materials with suppliers, control/set-up nomenclature and make sure the deliveries matched the asset delivery lists provided by creative operation teams.
- Archive all files in local servor according to deliveries guidelines.
- Upload all assets on DAM with the right metadatas.
- Assist global and regional teams on how to find assets on DAM & create their accesses.
Profile
- You are a student of higher education Bac + 4/5 with a first experience at equivalent position, in Agency (art buying, photo or TV production, creative producer, producer assistant) or in House asset production environment.
- Self-Motivated and very well organized.
- Fluent English and French (speaking and writing).
