Your Mission

As a People & Talent Operations Intern, you will support the growth of the company through recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee experience and internal events.

You will work closely with managers and leadership while gaining hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and People initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Support recruitment activities from sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination.

Publish and manage job advertisements across relevant channels.

Conduct candidate pre-screening interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Follow recruitment-related administrative processes and documentation.

Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate onboarding for new team members.

Prepare onboarding documentation, equipment requests and employee communications.

Help improve onboarding processes and employee documentation.

Support offboarding activities and administrative follow-up.

Internal Events & Employee Experience

Organize afterworks, team-building activities and internal events.

Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture projects.

Assist with day-to-day employee needs and office life management.

HR Operations & Projects

Contribute to HR administration and process improvement initiatives.

Create and maintain internal documentation.

Support career development and People Operations projects.

Participate in structuring HR processes within a fast-growing startup environment.

Ideal Profile

Final-year Master's student in Human Resources, Business, Management, Political Sciences or a related field.

Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proactive, autonomous and detail-oriented.

Comfortable interacting with candidates, managers and employees.

Strong writing and communication abilities.

Interest in recruitment, HR and startup environments.

A first experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, People Operations, Office Management or Administration is a strong plus.
