Executive Assistant to CEO Intern

We are looking for our next team member who will be joining us as an Executive Assistant Intern in Paris (FR), Geneva (CH) or Dubai (AE).
The internship is for a period of 6 to 12 months. 

• As an Executive Assistant to CEO Intern, you will be joining a dynamic team with the responsibility to support our CEO in the project management and administration.
  
• The role is based in Paris, Geneva or Dubai.
  
• You will be able to plan and execute your own projects.
  
• You will assist in other department such as Marketing & Communication Team and Sales Team.
  
• Stakeholder management.
  
• To achieve success, you can rely on a strong internal support team to serve your clients.
  

Profil

• You are natural at building human relationships with clients and colleagues alike, you have an entrepreneurial and self -starting mindset, you are a team -player with an effective communication towards colleagues and clients alike.
  
• You can identify and analyse needs and find solutions.
  
• You are result -oriented. You take lead, show self -motivation and ambition for personal and professional achievements. You have a competitive drive to get things done.
  
• You are agile and proactive in accompanying change (in various situations). You are willing to challenge yourself, learn and improve. You are willing to expand your knowledge through experience or education.
  

• Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Entrepreneurship.
  
• The ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  
• Fluent in French and English; other languages would be a plus
