Job Description

Reporting to the Product Marketing team for Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle at the global headquarters in Paris, you will play a real day-to-day liaison role with the marketing and product development team, helping to manage product launches and implement the global marketing strategy.

Product Development & Launch Coordination

• Support Product Managers in coordinating product development milestones and preparing key launch deliverables, including creative briefs, kick-off presentations, and launch documentation.
• Manage mock-ups and product samples throughout the development process.
• Follow up on artwork development in collaboration with Creative and Packaging teams.
• Support the development of collaterals and TOAs in partnership with Creative and Purchasing teams.

Global & Regional Coordination

• Coordinate communication between Global Marketing and Regional teams through bi-weekly newsletters, monthly meeting recaps, and team channel management.

Marketing Strategy

• Support the implementation of the new brand platform by contributing to archive research and fragrance storytelling projects.
• Conduct competitive and pricing analyses, as well as market research, to identify opportunities and formulate product development and marketing activation recommendations aligned with the brand's DNA.
• Analyze quarterly business mix performance by country and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Profile

• As a student with a business degree (Bac +4/5), you are comfortable with operational tasks and have a good command of office automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• You are rigorous and structured with an analytical mind, versatile, responsive, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
• You have good writing skills and enjoy working in an international environment.
