Internship - International Business & Data Analyst

Key Responsabilities :

1.       INTER Business Performance Tracking

• Monitor and analyse global business KPIs: Sell-In, Sell-Out, and P&L (in collaboration with finance team).

• Provide time-period & target comparisons to identify growth trends and deviations from budget.

• Support International department internal KPIs tracking

2.       Partner & Affiliate Scorecarding

Design and implement Standardized Scorecards for distributors and affiliates to monitor :

• In-country Line-ups: Tracking product availability, launches & distribution tracking

• Supply Chain Health: Monitoring Stock Levels and forecast accuracy (in collaboration with supply chain team).

• Regulatory Pipeline: Tracking Registration times (in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs team).

• HCP Engagement: Managing international medical events and doctor sponsorships (in collaboration with Medical Affairs team).

• Med reps & sales reps productivity

3.       Monitor Margin & Pricing

• Monitor & track pricing execution: centralize market prices (ex-works & retail), drive positioning and mix analysis and provide tool to track pricing on key markets.

• Audit & dashboard Marketing & Commercial Investments: Tracking investment ratio and ideally measure ROI on local promotional spends and incentives.

Education: 3rd-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student from a Business School or Engineering school with a focus on Data/Finance.

Analytical Skills: Expert in Excel (Pivot tables, Power Query) and ideally familiar with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Business Acumen: You don’t just see numbers; you understand the story behind them (margins, distribution, and market share).

Languages: English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.

Intrapreneurial Mindset & Autonomy: As the first Data Analyst within this department, you must be a self-starter. You are comfortable working in a “test and learn” environment, taking initiative, and building processes from scratch without daily supervision from a data specialist.

Resourcefulness : You are a problem-solver who can navigate through ambiguous data sources and find creative ways to consolidate information from different international partners.
