Junior Event Production Coordinator & Volunteers Coordinator

We are hiring for two positions.

I. Volunteers Coordinator (1 year apprenticeship, 4 days / 1 day):

In preparation of the ChangeNOW 2027 summit and under the supervision of the volunteer manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment of volunteers, animating the community and ensuring the smooth running of the volunteer schedule for the event.

Main Responsibilities :

• Participating in the recruitment process of the volunteers team
• Evaluating the team’s needs
• Animating the volunteer’s community
• Ensuring and organizing volunteer onboardings
• Coordinating the volunteers before and during the summit

II. Junior Event Production Coordinator (6 months internship) :

Under the supervision of the Event Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating Event Partners and overseeing the eco-production aspects of the event.

Main Responsibilities:

• Event Partners Coordination: Manage the portfolio of partners attending the summit, track deliverables, and handle communication commitments.
• Food Court Management: Select vendors, develop operational tools, organize the kick-off, and track logistics needs.
• Summit Carbon Footprint : Collect and analyze summit carbon data
• Logistics & Procurement: Oversee deliveries and purchases in coordination with the Accounting team. Work with the Office Manager to improve internal sustainable practices.

Candidate Profile :

• You are fluent in French & English
• You already have at least un successful experience in event and/or project management
• You are autonomous & force of proposal
• You have good interpersonal skills
• You are proficient in database management and Excel.
• You have team spirit, pragmatism, autonomy, and ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• You are dynamic, proactive and demonstrate common sense and a pragmatic approach
• You are deeply motivated to have a positive impact, and to change the world
