Community & Social Media Associate (6 month Internship Jan/Jun 2027)

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and strategic Social Media Associate to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing team on social media management, content creation and community engagement to drive our organic growth on Groover.

This internship is ideal for someone who is looking to kick start their career in music and marketing and wants to learn how to drive results through social media and content initiatives.

Missions

• Manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn) on a daily basis including content creation (visual, video, text), post and DM management

• Increase our social media following and engagement across multiple platforms

• Create community engagement both online (e.g. engaging via DMs, comment etc and in real life e.g. through events)

• Create monthly newsletters communication for artists and curators

• Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional teams on topics related to communications, community engagement and content

• Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Enthusiasm for problem-solving & eagerness to learn

• Autonomous and self-motivated, capable of working independently

• You have a creative mind to bring forward new content ideas, and a get-things-done mindset to bring them to life

• You speak French native, English fluent

Bonus if

• You are passionate about music and start-up culture

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Good skills with design programs (such as Canva or Capcut) for image and video editing

• You speak an additional language (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish)
