- Order entry and management: Accurately process orders in SAP.
- Quote preparation: Create clear and concise quotes based on the information provided.
- Quote follow-up: Track sent quotes and follow up with customers as needed.
- Handling phone calls and emails: Receive and process customer and internal requests.
- Delivery tracking: Liaise with the logistics department to keep customers informed.
- Filing and archiving sales documents.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Customer Data Base update
- Quality Data base update together with the process owners.
