Quadpack is a global manufacturer and provider of packaging solutions for beauty brand owners. With offices in Europe, Asia, USA and Australia and a strategic network of manufacturing partners and a culture integrated with more than 25 different nationalities. We develop and manufacture personalised standard packaging as well as customised/bespoke packs, for prestige, masstige, and mass-market customers, with specialist divisions dedicated to skincare, make-up and fragrance sectors.

The mission of this role

Support the Commercial team in managing and developing customer accounts across major international beauty brands, gaining hands-on experience in customer relationship management, account development, market analysis, and sales activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a truly global environment and gain exposure to the beauty packaging industry while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and follow up web requests received from customers and prospects


• Handle small client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and appropriate coordination with internal teams


• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and follow-up activities alongside the Sales team


• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and commercial analysis to identify opportunities and support decision-making


• Use AI-powered tools and modern technologies to support commercial reporting, customer insights, market intelligence, and deep commercial research


• Prepare presentations, reports, and customer-related documentation


• Assist in the preparation and execution of account plans and commercial strategies


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Project Management, Sourcing, Operations, and Product Development to support customer projects and business initiatives


• Maintain customer information and update data in internal systems

 Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Commerce, International Business or a related field


• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint


• Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity or similar) for research, reporting, data analysis, and commercial insights is considered a strong advantage


• Fluent French and English


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in an international environment.


• Available for an internship agreement
