This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Order Specialist (Intern) in Suresnes with Signify.

Main Responsibilities will be :

• Contribute to the team's activities as needed, including handling customer complaints.
• Contribute to the monitoring and management of invoicing.
• Contribute to improving the quality of Master Data in our systems incl. contribution to e-invoicing project.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in collaboration with internal teams (improve customer data used by order desk avoiding logistics & financial claims).

• Currently pursuing studies in Finance, Business Administration or any related field. 
• Fluency in English & French. 
• Skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the reliability of information.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
• Interest in administrative processes and data management.
