Strategy Consulting Intern — CVA

As an intern, you will be a full active member of the project team, contributing to client assignments alongside our consultants. You will work in small, multicultural teams on projects that are frequently international, with hands-on responsibilities and close guidance from experienced colleagues.

What you will do

You will contribute to projects addressing key business questions, from growth strategies, offer design, go-to-market to performance improvement and AI-driven transformation. Your tasks will include:

• Researching markets, competitors and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Analysing data and building models to test hypotheses and quantify business impact.
• Preparing and participating in client interviews, workshops and meetings.
• Turning findings into clear insights and helping develop recommendations.
• Preparing client presentations and progressively presenting your own analyses.

You will be involved in client projects throughout your internship, with responsibilities that grow as you develop your skills and confidence.

Who we are looking for

You are studying at a leading university, business school or engineering school. We particularly welcome candidates seeking a final-year internship or the second internship of a gap year.

You bring:

• Strong analytical skills, rigour and an ability to structure problems.
• Curiosity about businesses and innovation.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• A collaborative mindset, initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent English and French language skills.
• Confidence working with Excel and PowerPoint.
