Our Flex team is comprised of 5 members with a proven track record in a mix of sponsorless and sponsored led transactions.

Location – 14 rue Roquépine, 75008 Paris - France

Salary: €1,500 per month

Start Date – January or February 2026

Main Duties

Interns will be fully on boarded on ongoing live transactions and granted a significant degree of exposure and responsibility, contributing to day-to-day execution alongside the wider deal teams. Responsibilities will specifically include (amongst others):

-Participation in investment analyses (due diligence, market studies, financial analyses and ESG aspects), financial modelling, deal discussions and negotiations

-Participation in the drafting of memorandums for the Investment Committee

-Presentation of investment opportunities to the Investment Committee

-Contribution to the follow-up of the deal flow

Experience required

Prior experience in leveraged finance, transaction services, private equity, debt advisory or M&A at top tier boutiques or investment banks will be viewed favourably.

Skills required

-Strong and genuine interest in the private equity and private debt markets and willingness to follow a career path in this space in the medium term

-Knowledge and interest in ESG and responsible investment

-Solid equity and credit analysis skills

-Knowledge of corporate finance principles

-Proficiency in both English and French is required

-Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
