Translation Intern

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as a Translation Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to adapting and creating content for students, recent graduates, and international partners. You will help ensure the quality and consistency of our communications in both French and English through translation, proofreading, and content optimization.

You will take on a versatile role within an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship.

The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

You will evolve in an international environment and contribute to the development of a program helping students and young graduates build their professional experience abroad.

MISSIONS

As a Translation Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in adapting our content and supporting communication with our different audiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Content translation: translate various marketing, communication, and administrative materials from French to English and from English to French.
• International content adaptation: adapt messages to ensure they are relevant and culturally appropriate for different audiences.
• Proofreading and editing: review content to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and high-quality writing standards.
• Communication support: contribute to the improvement of written materials across digital platforms, candidate resources, presentations, and internal documents.
• Bilingual content creation: assist in creating and adapting content for students, candidates, partners, and international audiences.
• Content localization: adapt communication materials according to French and North American markets.
• Documentation management: update and maintain internal documents, resources, and communication materials.
• Linguistic and cultural research: identify best practices in international communication and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration with marketing and communication teams: work alongside different teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Collaboration with Canada-based teams: coordinate with international teams to maintain consistency across markets.
• Translation process optimization: contribute to improving workflows, tools, and methods used for multilingual content management.

PROFILE

• You are currently studying translation, foreign languages, international communication, marketing, international relations, or a related field.
• You have excellent written French and English skills.
• You are comfortable writing, editing, and adapting written content.
• You have strong attention to detail and the ability to identify linguistic improvements.
• You are organized, rigorous, and able to meet deadlines.
• You enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
• You are autonomous, curious, and proactive.
• You are comfortable using digital tools and office software.
• Previous experience in translation, writing, or content creation is a plus.
