UX/UI Designer Intern

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as a UX/UI Designer Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to designing and improving EIC’s digital experiences by working on user interfaces, digital platforms, and the different touchpoints with our candidates and partners.

You will help create simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences to improve the user journey and strengthen the digital presence of an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada.

You will take on a versatile role within the digital and marketing team, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship, at the intersection of design, user experience, and digital communication.

The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

You will evolve in an international environment and contribute to the development of a program helping students and young graduates build their professional experience abroad.

MISSIONS

As a UX/UI Designer Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing our digital experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• User interface design: create and improve modern, intuitive, and user-friendly digital interfaces adapted to user needs.
• Candidate journey optimization: analyze and improve different stages of the user journey to create a smoother candidate experience.
• Wireframes and prototypes creation: design wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for our digital platforms.
• Responsive design: contribute to creating interfaces adapted to different devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
• User needs analysis: understand user expectations and propose relevant design solutions.
• UX research: participate in user research, testing, and analysis to improve digital experiences.
• Design system creation: contribute to structuring graphic elements and components used across EIC platforms.
• Existing interface optimization: identify improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements to improve user experience.
• Collaboration with marketing and development teams: work with different teams to transform business needs into effective digital solutions.
• Digital visual creation: participate in creating visuals, illustrations, and graphic elements for digital platforms.
• Design and digital monitoring: follow UX/UI trends, new practices, and industry innovations.
• Performance analysis: collect user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

PROFILE

• You are currently studying UX/UI Design, digital design, graphic design, visual communication, computer science, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in user experience, interface design, and digital products.
• You are comfortable using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• You are creative, curious, and detail-oriented.
• You understand usability principles and user-centered design approaches.
• You are able to transform business needs into clear and intuitive visual solutions.
• You are organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You enjoy collaborating with marketing and technical teams.
• Previous experience in UX/UI Design, graphic design, or digital products is a plus.
• A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
