Tasks

What You’ll Do

• Produce Thumb-Stopping Content: You’ll conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos and Reels designed to elevate brand presence across social channels.

• Own the Social Video Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm innovative social campaigns and drive engagement on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media algorithms, video trends, and best practices—so we’re always the ones setting, not following, the trend.

• Analyze & Iterate: Track performance metrics and use insights to refine video content, ensuring we’re consistently producing content that resonates and converts.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our graphic designers, copywriters, and project managers to maintain brand consistency and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Skilled Video Wiz: You have proven experience creating impactful Reels, TikToks, or other short-form social videos (link to your portfolio or social handles appreciated!).

• Creative Storyteller: You think in narrative arcs, punchy hooks, and engaging visuals—and you’re not afraid to experiment.

• Social Media Enthusiast: You can spot (and set) a trend from a mile away. Hashtags, trending music, and platform nuances are second nature to you.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) is essential; motion graphics and simple animation skills are a plus.

• Data-Driven Mindset: You love digging into analytics and leveraging insights to fine-tune your creative approach.

• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also manage your own projects independently when the moment calls.
