As our new Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for leading complex enterprise acquisition cycles end-to-end within the French market.
Joining our Enterprise Sales department, you will act as a high-level orchestrator, designing account strategies and managing high-stakes negotiations to secure new enterprise clients.
Your role is pivotal in shaping Malt’s strategic positioning by engaging directly with C-level stakeholders to drive predictable, large-scale revenue growth.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Design and execute tailored prospecting strategies to map global enterprise accounts and identify multi-stakeholder entry points.
- Lead RFI/RFP processes end-to-end in partnership with our Bid Management and expert teams.
- Lead advanced discovery and qualification phases to validate strategic impact and ROI.
- Coordinate pilot phases to validate value readiness and ensure successful post-signature transitions to Account Management teams.
- Manage complex MSA negotiations involving multi-country procurement and high-stakes commercial decisions.
- Maintain expert-level pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy within CRM systems.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Ops, and Product teams to ensure deal quality and alignment.
About you 🧑🚀
- High-level education, ideally in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience (minimum 5+ years) in complex enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value MSAs
- Native level in French and strong English proficiency to navigate our international team and client structures.
- Knowledge and usage of a sales framework (at Malt we use Meddic) and a deep understanding of complex procurement cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quantify value and deliver ROI-driven narratives to C-level executives.
