The Role
We're looking for an ambitious sales professional with
around two to three years of B2B technology sales experience who is eager to
build a successful career in cloud solutions. You'll manage your own customer
portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and guide customers through
their cloud journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building
relationships, creating opportunities and closing deals, while continuously
developing their technical knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies.
What You'll Do
- Manage
and grow your own portfolio of mid sized businesses, IT partners and
resellers.
- Build
long term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for
upselling and cross selling.
- Advise
IT decision makers on Microsoft 365, Azure, security solutions and the
most suitable CSP licensing model.
- Own
the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution discussions through
proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Work
closely with the Presales and Engineering teams to design solutions for
more technical customer requirements.
- Maintain
an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and customer activity within the CRM
system.
- Stay
up to date with Microsoft's cloud portfolio and continuously develop your
technical and commercial knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Around
2 to 3 years of experience selling IT or cloud solutions.
- An
IT related degree or equivalent commercial experience.
- Good
understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, with exposure to
Azure or Microsoft Security solutions being an advantage.
- Understanding
of subscription based business models such as SaaS, CSP, MRR or ARR.
- Strong
communication and relationship building skills.
- A
proactive, self driven and commercially minded approach.
- Comfortable
working towards sales targets and motivated by performance based
commission.
- Fluent
German and good English communication skills.
