  technical professional training in a relevant area or completed master’s degree in business or STEM fields

  several years of professional experience in automotive fluids technologies and aftermarket sales

  strong knowledge in contract negotiations, account planning, and customer relationship management, ideally with Salesforce experience
  
  


• 
  
  fluent German and advanced English skills, plus confident use of IT tools and MS Office applications
  
  


• 
  
  proactive team player with excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and a growth-driven mindset
