- Secure adapted prospection volume
- Assess with the customer the existing needs and offer adapted solutions decided with the operations
- Manage the offer process following call for tenders
- Negotiate and finalize contracts
- Ensure an optimal and comprehensive handover of the placed orders
- Prepare quotations and check their content in cooperation with the technical department
- Suggest improvement solutions in terms of development and/or corrective actions
- Establish the necessary trade agreements with the clients and measure clients’ satisfaction to identify and launch corrective actions together with the Operational Managers
- Secure continuous update of commercial tools
