AI Video Creator Paid Social (m/f/d)

AutoScout24 is Europe's leading used car marketplace, operating across Germany, Austria, the Benelux countries, and Italy. Our brand team sits at the centre of how millions of people experience us – and we're building the capability to tell that story in ways that are faster, more creative, and more relevant than ever. 

This is a new role. You'll be the first dedicated social creative hire on the brand team, and you'll shape what AI-assisted content production looks like at AS24 - not as a side project, but as a core function. 

Your primary focus is paid social and online video. You'll produce short-form video content that drives brand preference across our markets, working from structured briefs and iterating based on performance. You'll use AI production tools as your default workflow, not as a novelty. 

We have the foundations (e.g., structured briefing templates, a creator brand overview, product usage guidelines) to work from. You'll have this foundation and you'll help shape how it evolves in practice. 

What You'll Do 

Content Production 

• Produce short-form video content for paid social, primarily for the German market with (later) localisation across Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy 

• Use AI-assisted production tools - video generation, voiceover, editing as your primary production method, not occasionally but as your standard workflow 

• Adapt and localise content across markets using AI-powered voiceover dubbing and subtitle tooling 

• Maintain a high output cadence without compromising on brand quality 

Collaboration 

• Work from briefs provided by the brand team, and flag early if something is unclear or won't translate to platform before going into production 

• Partner closely with the performance marketing team to understand what's being tested and iterate based on results 

Quality and Consistency 

• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all content and markets 

• Maintain a working knowledge of platform behaviour across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts – formats, pacing, what performs etc. 

What We're Looking For 

Essential 

• 4-5 years of experience in social content creation or a closely related role 

• Portfolio of platform-native work: content made for social, not adapted from other formats 

• Hands-on experience using AI production tools in real work – Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, CapCut, or equivalent. A workflow, not just familiarity 

• A strong instinct for what works on paid social: hooks, pacing, format etc. 

• Fluent in English. Working knowledge of German / other European languages preferred, but not essential.  

• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where the brief isn't always perfect, and iterating based on data / results. 

Strong advantage 

• Experience producing or adapting content across multiple European markets or languages 

• Familiarity with creative localisation workflows – voiceover, subtitles, format adaptation 

• Experience working alongside performance marketing teams and understanding how creative gets tested
