Assembly Operator

Your role:

In this role, your mission is to assemble high‑quality components that support our production flow. You will contribute directly to how we create reliable products and solutions for our customers. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work closely with your team on the shop floor.

Your day-to-day

• Assemble components according to standardized work instructions


• Inspect parts and finished units to ensure quality standards are met


• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area


• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets


• Identify improvement opportunities in your work steps


• Support production efficiency through accurate documentation

This role involves standing for extended periods and working in a production environment. Shift work may include early, late, night, or weekend shifts, depending on site needs.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or other hands‑on technical work


• Ability to follow standardized procedures with attention to detail


• A safety‑focused mindset and reliable working style


• Basic communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Your job location and working hours

This position is based at our Product Company in Stockholm, Germany (DE). Standard shifts are 8 hours, with rotating day/night schedules. Shift work may include nights or weekends.
