Our Excelitas site in Regen is our centre of excellence for high-precision optics. From development to production on state-of-the-art machines, specialists work here with passion to meet all customer requirements on a daily basis. A wide range of highly precise optical components are reliably supplied to a wide variety of markets and applications. Examples of applications include dental cameras and endoscopes in medical applications, head-up displays in the aerospace industry, aerial cameras and a wide range of special solutions in the field of research and development.

This is a parental leave replacement position, initially limited to one year on a part-time basis, working 15-20 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities

• KPI management:
  
  
  
  • Independent processing of all relevant key figures for the plant
  
  
  • Independent evaluation of inventories for plant 003, including tracking E&O values
  
  
  • Ensuring the availability of key figures within the first full week or month of work
  
  
  
  


• Energy management:
  
  
  
  • Monthly evaluation of energy consumption within the first week or month of work
  
  
  • Preparation of the energy balance and EMS management review, as well as participation in audits
  
  
  
  


• Cost management:
  
  
  
  • Monitoring maintenance and RHB costs
  
  
  
  


• Productivity:
  
  
  
  • Independent processing of productivity/segment, including weekly key figures
  
  
  
  


• Ensure that key performance indicators are available during the first full workweek of each month.


• Development of improvement opportunities in the above areas

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable professional experience


• Professional experience in an assistant role is advantageous


• Ability to work carefully, independently, and reliably, as well as in a team


• Very good MS Office skills


• SAP skills are advantageous


• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
