We are a medium-sized, owner-managed company with a long company tradition. Our products are used worldwide. To strenghten our ​team we are looking for YOU!
  • Supporting the company management in day-to-day operational and administrative business 
  • Planning and monitoring deadlines, controlling time management
  • Business trip management 
  • Preparation and follow-up of business appointments 
  • Handling correspondence including electronic correspondence
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training and professional experience in the field of assistance
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Other foreign language an advantage
  • Organizational talent with high motivation and commitment 
  • Confidentiality with confidential information and loyalty
  • Quick comprehension skills
  • Ability to work independently with high quality standards and a sense of responsibility
  • Experienced with MS Office
  • Willingness to travel
