Arbeitsbeschreibung - Associate Consultant Change Management AI Adoption (m/f/d)

What we look for:

You support change planning, communication, and training coordination across AI initiatives.
You prepare stakeholder materials, rollout plans, and adoption tracking for new tools and workflows.
You gather user feedback and support action tracking to improve adoption and readiness.
You collaborate closely with delivery and business teams to align change activities with implementation progress.
You help structure communication formats and ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders.
You contribute to the execution of change and adoption activities in dynamic project environments.

What we require:

You hold a degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
You have 1–2 years of experience in change, communication, or transformation support.
You have strong written communication skills.
You are structured and detail-oriented.
You are comfortable working with different stakeholders.
You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
