We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to lead our expansion across Germany and Austria. With strong operations and a broad residential portfolio across Germany, this is your chance to shape the B2B strategy in one of our most important markets.

Your Responsibilities
• Own the B2B sales strategy for Germany and Austria, from planning to execution.
• Identify, engage, and grow relationships with corporate clients, real estate partners, and other strategic B2B accounts.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to create tailored B2B offerings.
• Track KPIs and provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Your Qualifications
• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or flexible housing sectors.
• Strong local market knowledge in Germany and Austria, with an existing client portfolio a plus.
• Proven track record in defining and executing sales strategies independently.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
• Self-starter mindset, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, international team.
• Fluent in German and English. Any other European language is a plus.
