Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and customer -focused Bakery Sales Persons to join a well -established bakery team in Germany. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a bakery, café, or similar food retail environment and possess strong customer service skills. The role involves assisting customers, selling bakery products and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  
• Sell bakery products, pastries, bread, and beverages.
  
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
  
• Maintain attractive product displays and replenish stock when required.
  
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the sales area in accordance with food safety standards.
  
• Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations.
  
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery, café, or similar food retail environment.
  
• German language proficiency at B1 level or higher (Mandatory).
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
• Friendly, professional, and team -oriented attitude.
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced retail environment.
  
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  

Education

• Minimum two -year educational certificate from a recognized institution.
