Arbeitsbeschreibung - Baustellenleiter (m/w/d)

In coordination with the Project Team, you prepare and plan the tasks at the customer´s site (personnel, tools and other resources, material supply, deadlines/milestones)
You take offer the line at Sonplas headquarter in Germany
You are responsible for the on-site preparation and equipment to provide the right infrastructure
You coordinate and organise the installation team and the subcontractors on site
You represent the close interface to the customers project management and Sonplas to ensure the economic and timely completion of projects in the special machine construction
You support your colleagues during assembly and commissioning
You are able to recognise and record additional costs
You supervise the line during the entire installation and commissioning phase
You train our customer´s employees and instruct them on the safe operation of the line

You have completed a technical training, preferably with further training as amaster craftsperson, technician
Many years of professional experience in the field of plant and mechanical engineering is preferred, as is previous experience in leading teams and coordinating construction sites
Furthermore, you have very good coordination, communication and moderation skill
You are reliable, transparent and goal-oriented in your work
You have a self-confident manner and are able to think entrepreneurially
You have a very high capacity for teamwork and flexibility
You are proficient in written and spoken English, proficiency in German or other languages are an advantage
You are willing to travel domestically and abroad
