    Job Description

    About the role:

    As a Brand & Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how marketing and brand success are measured across the business. Working closely with brand, media, marketing, finance, and analytics teams, you will help connect upper-funnel brand activities with measurable business outcomes and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

    This role offers the opportunity to influence marketing effectiveness at scale by translating complex performance data into actionable recommendations. You will contribute to the continuous development of our analytics landscape and help build a stronger understanding of how marketing investments drive sustainable business growth.

    About your tasks:

    • Drive the further development of our brand and marketing analytics framework across multiple channels and touchpoints
    • Analyze campaign, media, and brand performance and transform data into clear, actionable business recommendations
    • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for metrics such as reach, frequency, awareness, consideration, and Brand Index
    • Support cross-functional stakeholders with insights related to attribution, incrementality, and marketing effectiveness measurement
    • Identify performance drivers, trends, and optimization opportunities to support smarter marketing investment decisions

     

      Qualifications

      About you:

      • You bring experience in marketing analytics, brand analytics, media analytics, or marketing performance management
      • You have a strong understanding of brand and media KPIs as well as marketing measurement concepts such as attribution, incrementality, or MMM
      • You enjoy translating complex data into meaningful business insights and communicating them to different stakeholders
      • You like working in a collaborative environment and value close exchange with colleagues across marketing, media, finance, and analytics teams
