Business Development Manager Region West (m/f/d)

What we achieve together

• In your role as Business Development Manager for Region West (covering the markets Belgium, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, and the Nordics) you support sustainable growth and efficiency gains by identifying and leading strategic initatives and projects across the Region


• Together with an interdisciplinary team, you work on driving the transformation of our Region, commercially and digitally, including leveraging AI-based use cases where they create clear business value.


• Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics to derive growth opportunities that strengthen our market position


• After evaluating performance data and commercial KPIs, you initiate and persue targeted measures to optimize processes and initiate commercial plans. For example, take a further step forward on lead management, grow the connected contract base and the utilization rate, further improve the operational forecast accuracy etc


• You act as a key interface between local teams across our Region, such as Service, Supply chain, Marketing, and the respective central functions, ensuring a seamless flow of information and successful execution of initiatives

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: You hold a university degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field that provides a solid foundation for this role


• Experience: You bring several years of international professional experience in business development or project management within a technical or industrial environment


• Know-how and skills: You have strong analytical & entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to lead and drive projects, complemented by excellent stakeholder management skills. You can apply AI-driven approaches to enhance decision-making and business outcomes


• Nice to have: Experience in the heating, HVAC, or energy industry as well as familiarity with regional market dynamics would strengthen your profile. Practical Salesforce experience is a plus.


• Personality: You convince with a proactive, results-driven, can-do and hands-on attitude, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and influence others


• Language skills: You are fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage
