Business Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Office &
  Remote Operations Management: Ensure that our hybrid office culture runs
  smoothly by managing both virtual and physical office resources,.
  Coordinate with external vendors to ensure cost -effective and high -quality
  services.
  
• Creating a
  Positive Workplace Culture: Foster an open feedback culture and create
  a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
  
• Event &
  Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize internal team events, as well as customer -facing
  events, both virtual and in -person including internal
  as well as external parties and events. Coordinate logistics for company events and
  conference representations.
  
• Process
  Optimization & Automation: Identify, implement,
  and automate operational processes to increase efficiency and improve
  day -to -day workflows. Work with cross -functional teams to enhance
  communication and streamline operations.
  
• Executive Assistance: Support the
  leadership team with project management and administrative tasks, ensuring
  effective execution and follow -up on key initiatives.

• Previous
  Experience: Bachelor’s in
  Business Administration or equivalent is mandatory;
  preferably with prior
  experience in a similar role is a plus,
  preferably in a consulting start -up
  and/or tech company.
