Your Role

As a Business Systems Engineer, you will sit at the critical intersection of our technical operations, commercial teams and customer teams, translating business objectives into high-performing automated solutions. As an IT-business hybrid, your role is to understand how our customers operate, design the technical architecture that connects our platform to their business systems, and translate their real-world needs into scalable engineering requirements.

What You’ll Do

• System Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for configuring and deploying CONXAI’s productized AI solutions for enterprise customers, handling customer-specific configurations and operational delivery


• Customer Integration Architecture: Design, build and deploy the connections between our AI solutions and customers' enterprise systems


• Strategic Partnering: Act as a primary solutions architect and technical partner, mapping complex business requirements into scalable solutions


• Product Feedback Loop: Gather real-world technical issues to help product and engineering teams prioritize features that deliver the most value

What We’re Looking For

• The Ultimate Hybrid: Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Business Systems, serving as the direct link between enterprise customers and internal product teams


• Integration & Coding Fluency: Hands-on programming experience with practical experience building and maintaining APIs and data integration pipelines


• Enterprise Tech Literacy: Deep knowledge of ERPs and CRMs, plus the ability to quickly master industry software like Procore, Autodesk and project management suites


• Consultative Communication: Confidently engage executives to grasp their business challenges, then collaborate with engineers to design the solution


• First-Principles Problem Solver: A self-driven operator who thrives in uncertainty and loves untangling complex, messy customer data


• Mobility: Willingness to travel to collaborate directly with key enterprise customers and align deployment strategies on-site


• Language Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both German and English
